It’s FRIDAY, and My Wheel is PERFECTLY Round, Thank You Very Much.

Written by:

Alright, folks, we’ve made it. We’ve wrestled the week into submission, and Friday has finally graced us with its glorious presence. Cue the confetti (or, you know, just a slightly longer coffee break).

But here’s the thing about Fridays: they’re supposed to be about celebrating your wins. Big or small, it doesn’t matter. Did you manage to send that email without accidentally replying-all to the entire company? Victory! Did you remember to water your desk plant? You’re basically a botanist! Did you invent the wheel? Well, you’re a genius, obviously.

Now, here’s where we get to the “not letting others undermine your success” part. Because, let’s be real, someone’s always going to have something to say.

“The wheel? Too round.”

“That email? Could’ve been worded better.”

“The plant? It’s slightly leaning to the left.”

Listen, if you invented the wheel, and someone tells you it’s “too round,” just smile, nod, and mentally picture them trying to roll a square. They’ll figure it out eventually. Or not. Who cares? It’s Friday!

Seriously, don’t let anyone rain on your parade. Especially on the last day of the work week. You do you. You invented the wheel (metaphorically, or literally, no judgment). You sent the email. You watered the plant. You survived another week.

Now, go forth and embrace the weekend. Eat the pizza. Binge the show. Spend time with the people who appreciate your perfectly round wheels. And remember, if anyone tries to tell you otherwise, just say, “It’s Friday, and I’m busy being awesome.”

Because you are. Now go enjoy it!
