Smiles.

3:57pm and I’ve been here since 3pm. Fifty-seven minutes I have been sitting here watching people come and go. Every few minutes the door opens and a name is called out. With some delay, someone finally gets up and walks through the door. Out of another door people come. Not looking up or saying a word, they head straight out the door.

As I look around I see old and young. Tall and short. Heavy and skinny. There are all types of people here. Some may be here for the exact same reason and some may be totally opposite. Some may be here by choice while others didn’t have a choice.
They read magazines and books, ruffle through papers and purses. Whisper to one another and sometime look up and around, catching my glance perhaps.

These people are all different, with different problems. Some know each other, but, most are strangers. These people all share one thing in common….

No one is smiling!

So how can we make people smile more? What’s the one thing that you can’t help smile about?

I’m certainly not into forming a pity comity so you won’t find me asking what’s wrong when I don’t see someone smiling unless there’s some tears. lol But let’s learn to throw a smile around once and a while people. It’s easy to do when you have that attitude of gratitude. People do have challenges in life and others have problems beyond their control absolutely, but it’s the people with the ability to change that I don’t feel sorry for.

Let’s get focused on the right things people. Love Your Family, Work Really Hard and Live Your Passion. Help others find their success and you’re going to end up winning in the end! Smile someone is watching and it might be Michael Bond!
